This is the inside of Neptunis... Neptunis was once a very redish planet. Why redish, because of her minerals and plants, yes that's right! The plants are mostly red. This planet is colonised since 30 thousands years (approximately). Now her governement is a mix between technocracy and hypercapitalism. Still only the water is blue on this planet. The triangle we see is a floating mass of buildings, that is controled by magnetism. The balcony is one the the millions that shows the residential areas of this planet. And the original was made by Ryan Church...
